mRNA Technology

mRNA vaccines

Messenger RNA (mRNA) are genetic codes that, when delivered to the human body, can lead them to become protein factories. While traditional vaccines require a tedious manufacturing process, synthetic mRNA is generated quickly and leads to rapid production of antigens, once administered.

In case of vaccines, the genetic code can serve to generate antigens against a pathogen. The rapid deployment of mRNA against the coronavirus has led them to become first line of defense against the virus. We plan to develop new and cheaper methods to make mRNA vaccines that serves the Indian sub-continent.
